Since 1992, when I was retrenched, I found myself lost and without a feeling of direction.

It was through such a confronting and disheartening experience as well as other previous challenging situations that led me to what I now believe is my ultimate purpose in life and grow by developing my spiritual awareness through Holistic Studies.

My Spiritual awareness has been heightened by reading inspirational books such as Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss Ph.D. This made such an impact on me and after studying her work, I am now fully confident that the responsibility lies within us to care for our body/mind/spirit that ultimately will lead to our joy and happiness.

I am very passionate about the knowledge I've gained through the Body Soul Spirit Chakras and Archetypes Training Program with Gail Goodwin, who has been such a formidable force to impart her spiritual knowledge about the Chakras and Archetypes, and now I am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with others - to live every moment consciously in the present moment (eternal now) with vitality and peace of mind; to enhance the life plan of clients for their self-empowerment.

I've also trained with the Caroline Myss Institute. I am an Holistic Counsellor and work with natural energy system.

Currently I work in the field of Hair-dressing and Beauty and my clients benefit from my knowledge of physical energies and holistic studies.
