4. "The saying that “When the student is ready, the teacher appears” is so appropriate here. I met Gail at a time in my life when nothing seemed to fit together. Being a teacher myself, I began to see how I was also the student.  I stopped teaching workshops over two years ago, as there seemed to be pieces of the puzzle that didn’t quite fit.  I threw away all of my manuals, and learnt that I had to let go of the old to make way for the new.

I never expected such an awesome teacher as Gail.  She taught me, by experience, about my archetypes and the role they played in my life.  That was when the missing pieces of that puzzle simply fell into place.

The way she teaches is so extraordinary that it simply blew me away, so to speak. A great teacher is someone who can communicate to their students in a way that makes sense.  She told me that it didn’t have to be difficult, and that archetypal symbols are the basis of everything.  Archetypes are patterns that are neutral, and we can either go with the positives or stay in the negatives (the shadow).  Not only has she inspired me to go with the positives, she has given me the tools and the inspiration to teach again.
