Gail offers encouragement and support as you follow your heart to reclaim emotional balance, passion and motivation for life. Your chakras are a vast well of untapped information. Using Chakra Dialogue, a communication process contained within the Chakra Profile Process, you can begin to co-create the life you want.

Inspired by the work of medical intuitive, Caroline Myss, and Anodea Judith, Gail uses the chakra system as a model to help you ignite your personal power and reclaim your natural state of wellbeing. It's the ideal road map for personal growth and spiritual evolution.

The chakra model, in the form of Your Chakra Life Balance Profile, provides evidence that you’ve got the power and wisdom alive inside you to achieve this. The process takes from 3 to 6 one hour sessions. By the end of each session, you will have discovered between 1-42 hidden strengths, opportunities, skills or talents! Naturally, all training and sessions with Gail are tax deductible when undertaken as professional development.

PLEASE NOTE: Chakra Consultations or your Chakra Profile require 3 - 6 hours, depending on the nature of your quest.
