About Gail

Gail is passionate when it comes to complimentary and alternative therapies having perhaps spent too much time studying, training and practising an assortment of cutting edge psychological modalities, various brands of philosophy and anything else: books, courses and workshops, she can lay her hands on remotely connected to health, well being, the journey of the soul and its connection to inner divinity.

As far as acquiring traditional qualifications, a number of years ago she trained in Australia as a physical therapist. Gail has also trained in Business Management and teaches this at Swinburne University in Melbourne. She often wonders if we have too much information, too many qualifications and too many theories without enough genuine experience to pass on in the form of wisdom.

Gail loves to learn on the run and so far, has enjoyed studying and training around Australia, in Indonesia, London, Findhorn-Scotland and Chicago.

Numerous forward thinkers like Alan Cohen, Carl Jung, Isabel Myers, Robert Johnson, Hal and Sidra Stone, Caroline Myss, Stephen Covey and Julia Cameron have been a major source of inspiration.

Gail has studied the theory and application of Jung’s Psychological Types and is also a MBTI® accredited administrator.  Pulling this together with counselling and holistic coaching techniques, (Gail is a member of the Australian Counselling Association) yoga philosophy - Gail has taught and is a practitioner of over 30 years - , astrology and intuitive healing, Gail has developed her work with clients and students into a strong theoretical framework and holistic methodology that helps to align physical energy with spiritual values.  It enables self exploration that deals with the hidden, unknown, forgotten or ignored parts of us, allowing us to explore our creative potential in body, soul and spirit. It can be used to retrieve energy from the past or to explore future possibilities.

Knowing it is possible to offer clients and students tools for self understanding, empowerment and spiritual awareness is deeply enriching and enormously satisfying.
