Gail Goodwin has a common sense, person centred approach that is inspiring, productive and aimed at helping each client or student develop a genuine sense of empowerment that builds an interdependent relationship with the whole life.
She works with her clients in a non-judgemental, down to earth and empathetic manner to help overcome self sabotage, realise hidden strengths, and recognise perfect opportunities to synchronise their lives in order to create more of what they really want.
Gail believes that nearly every challenge contains a gift, and that one of life’s recurring challenges is to find the gift and utilise it to its potential. Her sessions are personalised to suit the needs of the client or student. Her work with clients and students is completely confidential.

Qualifications & Background
Gail is a qualified Trainer and Assessor, teaching Business Management and Event Marketing and Management at Swinburne University in Melbourne. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and holds a Diploma of Professional Writing.
Gail is an accredited CMED Consultant, having trained extensively for 8 years with Caroline Myss in Chicago. She is also an accredited Jung’s Personality Type Administrator. Gail is nationally and internationally recognised as a practising Personal & Professional Development Trainer and Consultant, specialising in psychological archetypes.
Gail teaches her internationally accredited training workshops in the Yarra Valley and around Australia and meets clients at the Lotus Rooms, 3401 Warburton Hwy, Warburton, Victoria, Australia.
As a prolific reader of philosophy, psychology and compliementary therapies, she constantly updates her knowledge base and loves to learn on the run and so far, has enjoyed studying and training around Australia, in Indonesia, London, Findhorn-Scotland and Chicago.
Numerous forward thinkers like Alan Cohen, Carl Jung, Isabel Myers, Robert Johnson, Hal and Sidra Stone, Caroline Myss, Stephen Covey and Julia Cameron have been a major source of inspiration.
Gail has studied the theory and application of Jung’s Psychological Types and is also a MBTI® accredited administrator. Pulling this together with counselling and holistic coaching techniques, (Gail is a member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists & the Australian Counselling Association) yoga philosophy - Gail has taught and is a practitioner of more than 30 years - astrology and intuition using three models: archetypes, chakras and the wheel of life.
Gail has developed her work with clients and students into a strong theoretical framework and holistic methodology that helps to align physical energy with spiritual values. She often consults her own Archetype & Chakra Profiles, using them as tools for personal and spiritual development on a regular basis.

Gail regularly teaches Archetype and Life Balance (Chakra) Training, and Soul Purpose Facilititor Training at the Augustine Centre, Hawthorn in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She meets clients Upstairs @ The Lotus Rooms in Warburton, Yarra Valley, and is available for phone appointments for your convenience.
